What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, town and job description you type into it. When you call us we keep the phone number and whatever you tell us about the job. That is all. This site does not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How form submissions are handled
Forms on this site are processed by Formspree, a third party form backend, which passes the submission to our email. Formspree stores submissions on its own servers under its own privacy policy. We do not use the information you send for anything other than quoting and carrying out the work you asked about.
Phone calls
The number published on this site is a tracking number that forwards to us. Call routing metadata such as the time and duration of a call may be recorded by the routing provider. Calls are not recorded.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no first-party tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated before they go live.
Retention and deletion
We keep quote enquiries for as long as it is useful to have a record of work we quoted or carried out, and no longer. If you want your enquiry deleted, email or call and we will delete it. You do not need to give a reason.
